I am located in Scotland and ship internationally, with the exception of Germany. Due to the new VerpackG I am unfortunately unable to ship to Germany full stop.
By default, orders are shipped untracked via Royal Mail 2nd class or International Standard. You can upgrade to a tracked service at checkout but please be aware there won't be tracking by default.
Legally I have to declare the price of items to ship them. I have no control over any customs or import charges applied to orders by individual countries.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES
Standard shipping usually takes 2-8 weeks to arrive.
Tracked shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive.
EU ORDERS
I do not collect VAT on this store and do not ship with IOSS numbers. If you order from the EU please expect customs fees upon the items reaching your country.
If you'd rather this was dealt with at the point of sale I would recommend buying through my Etsy Store instead, as Etsy collects VAT and ships with the IOSS System. Preorder items will make it over to Etsy if they're funded!
CANCELLATIONS
If I have not shipped your order yet, and you change your mind; no sweat! Let me know and I will cancel and refund your order. Unfortunately, if your order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
COMBINE SHIPPING
If you place an order and then place a second one before the first ships, I will combine the orders and refund you the postage difference. If the initial order has already shipped it is no longer possible to combine the orders, and so they will be shipped separately at full postage price.
UNDELIVERED ORDERS
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is given. Orders that go missing due to wrong shipping info being given will not be refunded.
If orders are returned to me due to unpaid customs fees, I will not resend the order until the shipping fee has been paid a second time. I simply can't afford to cover these unnecessary costs from my own pocket. If you don't want it resent, I will only refund the cost of the item/s and not the shipping.
